These terms cover the mobile games published by Orelia LLC, including Ninja Arrow: Fruit Hit and Escape the Matrix: Idle Tycoon (together, "the games"). By downloading or playing the games you agree to them.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the games on devices you own, for your own entertainment. The games, their art, code, music and names remain the property of Orelia LLC.
Coins, purchases such as "Remove Ads", and any other in-game items are licensed virtual content, not real-world property. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged outside the games, and may be adjusted as part of ordinary game balancing. Purchases are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play under their payment terms; refunds follow the store's own refund policies.
Please don't cheat, exploit bugs for advantage on leaderboards, interfere with the games' services, or attempt to reverse-engineer the games except where the law explicitly permits it. Leaderboard entries that are clearly the result of tampering may be removed.
The games show ads and use platform services (Google AdMob, Firebase, Apple Game Center, Google Play Games). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices — see our Privacy Policy for the details of what data is involved.
The games are provided "as is", and we may update, change or discontinue them (or any feature, including online leaderboards) at any time. We are not liable for loss of progress or virtual items, though we try hard to avoid both.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orelia LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from playing the games. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects the statutory rights consumers have in their home country.
You can stop using the games at any time by deleting them. We may suspend access in cases of serious or repeated breach of these terms.
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
