This policy covers the mobile games published by Orelia LLC, including Ninja Arrow: Fruit Hit and Escape the Matrix: Idle Tycoon (together, "the games"), on iOS and Android.
Our games do not ask you to create an account and do not collect your name, email address, or contacts. Your game progress is stored on your device. The games show ads and offer optional purchases; the partners that make those work receive limited device data, described below.
The games show ads served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect device information such as your advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android), IP address, coarse location derived from IP, and ad interaction data. In the European Economic Area and the UK, ads are only personalised if you consent through the consent dialog shown in-game; you can decline and still play with non-personalised ads. On iOS, ads are only personalised if you allow tracking in the system prompt. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data.
We use Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand how the games are played (for example, which level a session ended on) and to find and fix crashes. This involves device information, coarse usage events, and crash logs. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details. Purchase entitlements (such as "Remove Ads") are stored on your device and with the store, so they can be restored on reinstall.
If you choose to sign in to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, your best score is submitted to the platform's leaderboard under the profile you control there. Those services are operated by Apple and Google under their own privacy policies. You can play without signing in.
The games are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
